Mountains, everywhere, tall and majestic. Fierce and strong, they are eternal. They are what they are, strong and solid, yet fragile in parts. They weather the weather yet give a little when needed.
Be like the mountains. Be strong yet fragile in parts. Unyielding, yet give a little when needed to weather the storms of life. Strong at the centre, fragile at the surface. Not so fragile that you will shatter in a strong wind or if you are pushed hard, but fragile in the sense of giving, allowing, bending and flowing with the circumstances that you are faced with in life.
Sometimes you have to give away a part of yourself to stay strong at your centre. Sometimes, in this gift, you are allowing yourself to help another. Allow them to take a fraction of what you have to give them what they need. A safe exchange, transaction of self to others. In this way energies flow along the chain of life. No one needs to miss out, feel unloved or lost when there is sharing of fragments of self.
You give, you receive. Stay strong yet fragile, like a mountain.
