Helping others. Coming to the aid of your fellow human being. Humans have become used to looking after themselves. Never or rarely asking for help, seeing it as a weakness if assistance is needed. Helping each other is a human trait that is innate and intuitive. It is in your DNA and every cell of your body. You are not designed to be solitary, alone, unaided and isolated. You are not meant to be doing and being everything without the care and kindness of others.
It is time to change your ways. Reach out to another for assistance. Give your hand to help another. Re-connect to the people around you. Ask for help and give it when it is needed. This is sharing. Giving and receiving your time and energy in equal measure to maintain balance. It is the basis of sharing, however, many people have forgotten how.
Hoarding is a sign that the person has forgotten or is denying their true human traits. Hoarding objects, money, possessions, your own time is a symptom of being lost, disconnected, unstable and out of balance. Stop hoarding what you have. Start giving, little by little, and each day you will feel yourself relax. You will feel the tension leave you of having to have all the answers, all the objects and possessions to surround you, like a wall from society. Brick by brick remove the wall. Let in the light by giving away, sharing your time and your objects, what you have with others.
Be light and love. Allow light and love to penetrate you and flow out to others. Peace, love and connection for you and all the inhabitants of the world.
