You are loved by the universe and the cosmos. The galaxies of stars to the ends of existence and beyond, you are loved. No matter how life is, where you are in life or who is around you – remember you are loved.
You are loved now, you are loved before and you will continue to be loved into the future. After this moment and in every moment, you are loved.
As a spiritual being, you are loved, having a human experience, to express love and to share love. Love is you. Love surrounds you. Love is within you. It makes up every part of your being and existence now and always.
When you find yourself feeling sad, alone, frightened, disconnected, lost, abandoned, rejected and discarded – know that it is temporary and just remind yourself it is not you because, You Are Love.
