It flows down from above into your crown chakra and spreads throughout you and surrounds you, so that anyone, person or animal, that you care to share this Source love with will feel the love at a deep penetrating level.
Love is the greatest healer. It goes beyond the physical, deep into every layer of your being and spreads out from there like the ripples in a pound. Concentrically moving outward to all that you meet.
To feel this deep Source love you simply need to open yourself up to receiving. Close your eyes, calm the body and follow the breath within. Ask to receive Source’s pure love and light then allow the energy of Source to move through you from above.
